The area is surrounded by beautiful hotels & fantastic restaurants as well as great shopping. Along with all the major cruise ships stopping here this make it a great destination for fishing charters. Access to the marina is 24/7

The Shop area consists of 20 meters by 30 meters parcel of land. Office space and partial covered work area and can accommodate up to 3 of the boats at one given time. Has over head crane and all tools for service and repair. There is one full time mechanic and his assistant.
