The area is surrounded by beautiful hotels & fantastic restaurants as well as great shopping. Along with all the major cruise ships stopping here this make it a great destination for fishing charters. Access to the marina is 24/7

The Shop area consists of 20 meters by 30 meters parcel of land. Office space and partial covered work area and can accommodate up to 3 of the boats at one given time. Has over head crane and all tools for service and repair. There is one full time mechanic and his assistant.

This 2004 Pro-Line 20 Walk Around Cuddy is a perfect size boat for inshore and offshore fishing
with plenty of room for everyone and great comfort features. Known for its ride,

The Cuddy Cabin along with its Hard Top with front closure curtains

It’s 2004 Yamaha 150 outboard engine with complete recent service provides excellent performance and plenty of power.
Electronics include a Lowrance LMS 330C with GPS mapping device and fish-finding sonar
and a Uniden Oceanus DSC Series VHF marine radio with digital selective calling.
In the overhead is an opening where a stereo had been installed…there is no stereo now.
A Danforth Cruiser Compass is also mounted at the helm, two new batteries were installed when recent service was performed,
the engine hours are 120.

and cared for…very impressive condition inside and out. Also included in this auction is
the 2003 Performance trailer purchased new with the boat pictured at the end of this auction.

The interior has its full set of cushions so that it may be made out into a bed with the portable head stowed below.
The two small side windows have cracks along the inside with no evidence of any leaking.
The cabin vent hatch is fully operational and includes a screen as does the cabin doors; a nice option.
All of the electronics are in proper working order as is the live well and raw water washdown.
